- If your policy has been cancelled, please contact your Broker before making an online payment. Your payment will not guarantee the reinstatement of your policy.
- This web payment does not necessarily guarantee coverage or reinstatement of your policy, and this payment will be reflected on your insurance account(s) after two (2) business days.
- If your policy is on a monthly payment plan, this web payment will not replace your monthly installment but will instead reduce the amount of the remaining monthly payments for the policy term or be applied to the balance owing for time on risk.

Please complete our Payment Authorization Form and advise your insurance broker as soon as possible. If your banking or credit card information changes many insurers require this information 10 days prior to the due date of your next scheduled withdrawal.
Please contact your broker to discuss available options and any changes to the frequency of your payments.
When a scheduled withdrawal is returned as NSF (non-sufficient funds), a special notice will be sent to tell you when the fee will be withdrawn from your bank account or credit card. The NSF fee could be separate from your regular monthly withdrawal.
Your policy could be cancelled if you have a second returned payment during the same policy term, or if you have a returned payment on the first transaction of a new policy. Contact your broker to discuss payment and cancellation terms.
